Dear Folks,
I am well, happy and safe and I hope you all are the same.
I received your cablegram the other day.
We saw a couple of good plays here in the last week, the first I’ve seen in the Army.
Maybe when I get back to my outfit, I will be able to see Monnemaker if you tell me what company he is in. The first platoon doesn’t help me very much.
